I have worked in the Retail Industry for twenty years.

 

For the first fifteen years I worked for House of Fraser in Store Management, Logistics Management and for the last five years as Project Manager within the Store Development Team.

 

During those five years I project managed the refurbishment, construction of thirteen beauty halls across the country as well as development of several own brand shop fits.

 

Having left House of Fraser in 2005, I worked for L’Oreal Luxury Product Division as a Project Manager, Sheridan & CO as an Account Manager and Elemis as their Design and Build Project Manager.

 

I created Karen Higgins Projects in July 2008. I have continued to provide Project Management for Elemis, as well as re-designing a Golf Shop in Surrey and working with various design companies and agencies in a freelance capacity
